If I could give a ZERO rating I would. Called on a Thursday and spoke to receptionist about getting 2 dogs seen for possible dental work. She said she would talk to Dr. and get back with me. She called once to ask size - age - etc. Then called back and asked if I could bring them in at 9am the following morning. I confirmed appt. - made arrangements at work and took the dogs in the following morning. After waiting 1/2 and hour a different receptionist said the Dr. probably won't be in because he has company this weekend. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! She acted like it was no big deal - I have heard good things about this vet, and they were all squashed without even seeing him.
I have never had an experience like I have at Midway animal clinic. The pets we have are not always of a normal cat and dog variety, so whatever my pet health concerns are, the Docs here have gone out of their way to ensure I have at my disposal all the tools I need to address them thoroughly. They also do not have me try something if it's not necessary, saving me time and money while taking funds out of their pocket. Caring about the animals first is their main concern and I so appreciate all they do for me and my wee little ones... :)

Can't even begin to say what a wonderful experience we had with the Midway Animal Clinic! It was nice, clean, and very professional all the while making us feel so comfortable. Dr. Bressett and his outstanding staff treated my precious pet with such love, they all showed such care and REAL concern. Took the time to explain to us what was happening and exactly what we could expect, both for our pet and financially so we could prepare. Our pet will live a much happier, healthier life now! Many, Many Thanks to the Midway Animal Clinic! We'll never go anywhere else!
Just moved to the area. Tried Midway Animal Clinic because it was close to home. Dr. Bressett and his staff are very professional and compassionate with the care they gave our pet. The help they provided has improved my pets quality of life. We will be using them again as the need arises. Our pet liked them too, after our visit to the clinic he got out of his pen. I found him on the front steps of the Clinic trying to get in. He likes them too.
